roadmap
The first step is always to read, read and read. Explore all possible functionalities and capabilities of Drupal. We start with a really simple and basic installation. With its own core modules included. Once we get our arms around installation and basic configuration, we will start to categorize modules and map them for different web applications. We are planning to group these into four major categories: social network; news; e-commerce and business (literally means a website describing business). Now as we know, in addition to the fact that all four of these types of websites use quite different sets of modules to support their website goals, one website will be very much different from another in the sense of the complexity and scale. To accommodate we are going to pair these four categories with three different levels: simple, or plain, which appears almost same as a static website; intermediate or flexible and finally, interactive or mesh-up. Finally, in order to run a website, we can't forget the fact that we are developers or designers, or project managers, or back-end professionals. Thus we add two vertical dimensions: website operations and business strategy.
With these four categories, three levels and two dimensions, we believe we can master Drupal. Of course, the final principal: keep in-tune with changes!
