the concept

I'm originally from China, and was educated overseas.  I have been using and learning this great open source application, and I see the reasons to share with a country with 1.4 billion people.  I see every reason to promote such a great tool there. 

First, this country has hundreds of millions of internet users, mostly young people. Social networking, online learning and information sharing are the major internet events.   Second, this country really embraces entrepreneurship, including the web entrepreneurs in the new internet wave. Drupal, being one of the strongest web content creation and tagging tool, is absolutely the best fit for these entrepreneurs to create social networking, online learning and information sharing opportunities for these 1.4 billion people. 

Our team is one of these entrepreneurs.

This study notes is created to document the learning curve of our team, in using Drupal to create websites.  Our ultimate goal, is to make it truely understood by people in China.  We hope we can initative meetings, seminars and events in major cities.   With our bi-lingual advantage, we truly believe we know what people there need and how to transfer knowledge in the local way.
